My Name is Jackie Panos, Founder of The Blind Stitch
The name The Blind Stitch comes from the fact that I'm partially blind; however, you wouldn't be able to tell from my work. I was 38 when I was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, a condition that caused me to lose most of my peripheral vision (I have 8 degrees of vision). Hence, I am The Blind Stitch.
When I'm asked what I do, I say I do embroidery work. Monogramming and such, but I use the embroidery to make table runners, placemats, key chains, bags, hoodie towels and a lot of other things. I also do corporate logos, bowling shirts, bocce shirts, and similar items. Some of my other work involves vinyl cutting and rhinestones, I'm constantly learning new nice things to make, and I don't waste anything!
If embroidery is your passion too and you'd like to chat, or if you'd like to talk with me about any of my products, please feel free to fill out the form below or visit my social media. Thank you for visiting The Blind Stitch!
Feel free to reach out to me via the form to the left, or by any of my social media accounts above. I love to talk with those who share my passion, and I look forward to hearing from you!
